I'm glad you like it! Its not based on any particular folk tale, but inspired by some elements from 3 different Lithuanian folk tales (the walnut containing the lake, the drowned smithy, and the cheating sorceror) , and a strong twist of MÖRK BORG influence :)
I just finished playing it with my friend; I ran it that Broza was trying to protect himself from the effects of Psalm 1:2, the poisonous mist (which was the very Misery I rolled at the start of the adventure) by using the winds to keep the mist at bay. The player and his NPC henchman forced Broza to surrender and explain how to undo his sorcery. Then they tied him up and led him away to be handed to the Inquisition for heresy.
WIND FETTER is such a great little adventure. The location hides a beautiful secret and is designed with so much love and details. The "wind mechanics" are fresh and bring a little spice. I ran this a while ago as a oneshot and hat a blast with my group!

Hello, I am really enjoying this and wondered which particular folk tales it is based on?
